Order Terms & Procedure

Customer can adjust their old phone at the current market value, which could differ from market to market.
Customers have to provide their original CNIC at the time of sale for their adjusted phone.
Phones will be checked in the lab once approved then will only be adjusted.
All customers opting to pre book need to pay 50 % in advance. Payment Methods
The Pre-Ordered Phone will be shipped on or maximum within 7 days of the “Announced Delivery Date” on Graham Bell web page or promo.
The Price set for Pre-Order is the best estimated Phone Price indicated by the Company. The actual phone price may differ at the point of phone launch by the Company*. In such case the customers will be notified and the balance payment will be adjusted accordingly.
Upon arrival of Phone, the customers will be notified to pay the balance amount. Once the 100% payment of the phone is received by Graham Bell, the Phone will be shipped only. Shipping outside Lahore is subject to 2% insurance charges additional to the phone price.
All orders will be treated on first come first serve basis. All orders will be final and cannot be cancelled or modified. Phone color can’t be modified as well. Therefore no refund will be issued. However if Graham bell fails to provide the phone as per the terms stated herein, the customers are eligible for 100 % advance amount refund.
Graham Bell hereby reserves the right to modify its policies & terms without prior notice at any time.

*Company refers here is official company of the phone manufacturer in Pakistan. For example Samsung Pakistan for Samsung Phones.
