Can I pre-order a product?
Product availability for pre-order depends mainly on the vendors. If the option is available, it will clearly be mentioned on the product shopping site page and social pages
From where can I place my orders?
You can be anywhere in the world to place your orders on Graham Bell, and have them delivered to anywhere in Pakistan. If you are placing an order from Pakistan, you can shop from the web, or place an telephonic order. You also have multiple payment options to buy the product.
How can I cancel my order?
If you have already made the payment but have not received your package as yet, you may cancel your order by calling our sales office or email us at sales@grahambell.pk

How can I pay for my order?
There are multiple payment options available for your convenience:
• COD - Cash on Delivery (Lahore Only)
• Bank Transfer
• Online Bank Deposit
• Telenor Easy Paisa
How can I pay using Telenor EasyPaisa?
Once the items you wish to purchase have been added to your cart, follow the steps below to use Telenor Easy Paisa to make your payment:
1. Click ‘Proceed to Check Out’
2. Fill in the ‘Billing Information’ and ‘Shipping Method’ forms.
3. In the Payment Information form, select ‘Telenor Easy Paisa’
4. Click on ‘Place Order’. Please note down your Order Number which will be provided to you at the Thank You screen.
In order to complete your transaction, please proceed to the Telenor Easy Paisa Touch Point nearest you and provide the following details to the Easy Paisa agent:
a. The Graham Bell Easy Paisa Account # 034348052035
b. Your Graham Bell Order ID
Once this is done, your order will be complete.
How do I pay with cash deposit at Meezan Bank?
Once the items you wish to purchase have been added to your cart, follow the steps below to use Meezan Bank Direct Deposit to make your payment:
1. Click ‘Proceed to Check Out’
2. Fill in the ‘Billing Information’ and ‘Shipping Method’ forms.
3. In the Payment Information form, select ‘Cash’, this will open up the ‘Pay at’ drop down.
4. In the ‘Pay at’ drop down select ‘Bank Deposit’, and then select ‘Meezan Bank’ for your bank type
5. Click on ‘Place Order’. Please note down your Order Number which will be provided to you at the Thank You page.
6. In order to complete your transaction, please proceed to one of the Meezan Bank Branch near you. You can see a list of all Meezan Bank Branches by clicking here.
7. Fill out the Meezan Bank Deposit slip with the following information:
• The correct date
• The correct branch Code: 0281
• Account Number: 010122991
• Title of Bank Account: PA Associate
• Your Correct Graham Bell Order ID
• The Amount of the Deposit in Pak Rupees
How do I pay cash at my doorstep?
Once all items you wish to purchase have been added to your cart, follow the steps below to pay with cash.
1. Click ‘Proceed to Check Out’
2. Fill in the ‘Billing Information’ and ‘Shipping Method’ forms
3. In the Payment Information form, select ‘Cash’. In the ‘Pay at’ list, select Door-step
4. Click on ‘Place Order’. Note your Order Number which will be provided to you at the Thank You page
5. Your package will be delivered via courier company before or on the expected delivery date.
6. You’ll be asked for the required amount in cash and provided with a Graham Bell receipt along with your purchase item(s).
How much time would I have to pay for an order I have placed?
After placing your order, you have a maximum of 5 days to make the payment. If the payment is not made within this span of time, your order will be cancelled automatically.
Deliveries
Can I have my order delivered outside Pakistan?
Currently we only ship to locations within Pakistan. If you make the payment online, then we can ship the order anywhere in the world.
Can my billing address and shipping address be different?
Yes, you can have your orders delivered to any address in Pakistan, which may be different than the billing address. At the time of placing the order, you are asked for a billing address and a shipping address.
Do I have to pay any taxes on the products I order?
The prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes and duties.
Do you have a return policy?
Products available on Graham Bell are directly from the Phone mnufacturer vendors. These vendors are the official distributors / manufacturers of the brands and products displayed on Graham Bell, and they carry their own returns procedures. Graham Bell does not return the purchased products.
Does Graham Bell ensure my order is correct and in proper condition?
When picking up your order from the vendor, we will do our best to ensure the following:
• That your order is in its original packaging as provided by the vendor
• That your order is as per the requirements you specified
• That the packaging slip is intact and applied to your package(s)
However, Graham Bell CANNOT be held responsible for the following:
• Validating the contents of your package
• Checking the quality, suitability or content of your purchased products
• Ensuring there are no problems with your purchased product.
When will my order be delivered?
The delivery timeframe is between same day and up to 3 days, depending on the size and availability of the product nearest to you.
Orders are processed before 4 p.m. on a work day and are generally scheduled for delivery the following work day, except:
• where they are to arrive from a different city than where the customer resides; or
• there is a delay in the availability of the product from the vendor.
Where will my order be delivered?
When placing your order, you will be asked to enter your complete address under the ‘Billing Information’ tab. At the bottom of this page, there will be two options:
• Ship to this address
• Ship to different address
By selecting “Ship to this address”, the package will be delivered to the address you first entered. If you select the “Ship to different address” you will be asked to provide the address you wish the package to be shipped to.
What if there is a problem with the product I purchased?
If you’re facing problems with your product, you can visit the nearest warranty claims / service center for the product, or call the Graham Bell Support Centre, and the representative will make every effort to facilitate in this regard.
Warranties & After Sales Service
Do all products on the Graham Bell website come with warranties & after sales support?
When you purchase any product from our website you are guaranteed the highest quality after sales support. Warranties for products differ based on their respective vendors. If you are buying any product which does not carrying any warranty and guarantee, it will be clearly mentioned on site.
Where can I find the warranty information for a specific product?
The warranty information for each product is available in its product description on the Graham Bell.pk website. In the case that a product does not come with a warranty from the official distributor, this will also be clearly stated in the product description.

Does Graham Bell sell products cheaper than what’s available in the market?
Prices of all products are regularly checked and updated by the vendors themselves, who are the official distributors of products appearing on Graham Bell website.
